Terms of Service

General Terms
All orders are printed as specified in the order details and as indicated on the options list..

Payment is required in full prior to processing orders. Special Requests or Commissioned work will require a 50% Deposit after all details have been arranged and prior to commencement of painting. Balance will be due upon approval of painting and prior to printing.

Stretched and mounted prints apply to canvas prints only.

5x 7 Prints are available in Photo Print unmounted only.

Stretched canvas prints will be stapled on the sides with the printed area covering the facing surface of the canvas.

Textured brush strokes and or hand signing may be applied to images at an additional charge and upon request. Customers must contact Original Artwork Prints prior to ordering for these enhancements for an estimate.

Replacements & Refunds
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance with Original Artwork Prints and Original- Artwork-Prints.com. In all cases we will try to ensure that all customers receive the best service available. In rare instances it may be necessary for Original Artwork Prints to replace damaged prints. Below are general guidelines that Original Artwork Prints follows in servicing our customers.

Notice of damaged merchandise must be submitted to Original Artwork Prints in writing or by phone (not an answering machine) within 3 business days upon documented delivery date by the shipping service. Damaged prints need to be returned to Original Artwork Prints for inspection before refunds or replacements can be submitted. Upon contacting Original Artwork Prints, further details on replacement procedures will be provided.

Original Artwork Prints and/or Original-Artwork-Prints.com is not responsible for damage to prints after they have been delivered and caused by a third party. Damaged items that occur prior to or as a result of shipping and handling can be replaced for free.

Conditions that are not acceptable reasons for replacement or refund may include but is not limited to differences in color tones or hues than expected, smudging or scratches that occur due to customer handling, direct exposure to the elements such as heat and moisture, or late deliveries.

Delivery
Original Artwork Prints,Original-Artwork-Prints.com usually will have orders completed and shipped within 5 business days. Factors that may delay delivery of an order within that time frame may include weather, order size, equipment malfunctions, or disaster. Customers that have not received their orders within 10 business days may contact Oringinal Artwork Prints for an order status check. Rush orders are available but may accrue additional processing and/or shipping charges. Contact Original Artwork Prints for details to discuss placing a rush order.

Liability
Original Artwork Prints is not liable for damage or injury to items, animals or people caused by the prints due to negligent, reckless, knowingly or intentional actions by any person.
